I saw them when I was compiling the video and laughed out loud.
No suit and tie for me though…well maybe, but not in my internet marketing videos. Probably will do something like that for my web hosting company!

Hey Dan I subscribe to quite a few of the “big name” marketers but I always go through your emails because of the great info you give out.
I’m in the process of building a keyword targeted amazon affiliate niche site aimed at a certain electronic item. It’s a general information seeking keyword I think as opposed to a ready to buy comparison phrase, so I’m putting together articles and info to help lead them along, and then directing them to a top 10 selling amazon list, as that was recommended by the problogger guy as most effective. Based on what you said, would a good list setup be something like a daily update of the best deals or bestsellers or do you think that may be too much hardselling?

What you have to do is interweave useful stuff along with your product reviews. Give them news about certain products, or perhaps news about what is going on in the industry. For instance, if you are reviewing intel based laptops, you could supply news like ‘Intel and AMD Clash over the 64 bit processor wars’ and stuff like that.
Giving them nothing but product reviews will piss some people off as time goes on.

I used to be like that too – kind of blocking out the list building stuff. It wasn’t til I experimented with it until it finally made sense that it is the way to go.
